First time taking a flight 7-18-2026, and it was amazing for me and everyone who came! Reggie is amazing! He was very patient and thorough with explaining everything. I love that he prioritizes safety but he does not subtract from the fun of the flight experience! The “High Flight” add on was the best thing ever!!! I can’t wait to come back to fly with Reggie and hopefully Mike will be on the control board! Both Reggie and Mike made my day and I look forward to my next flight experience with them!!

Children can fly starting at age 3, and there’s no upper age limit. All flyers need a completed waiver, with a parent or legal guardian signing for anyone under 18. Complete your waiver before your visit using the link in your booking confirmation email.

Yes. iFLY Austin offers free parking in a dedicated lot directly in front of the building, making it easy to park and head inside for your flight.
No experience is necessary. You’ll receive training and flight gear before entering the wind tunnel, and an instructor will stay with you during your flights.
Allow approximately 90 minutes for check-in, training, getting into your gear, flying, and wrapping up. Each flight lasts 60 seconds, and your package determines how many flights you receive. Arrive 15 minutes before your reservation. For parties and events, confirm the full schedule with your coordinator.
Wear comfortable clothes and secure, lace-up sneakers. Avoid loose clothing, sandals, and open-toed shoes. Remove jewelry and watches, empty your pockets, and tie long hair into a low bun so your helmet fits properly. Glasses are okay to wear.
Guests weighing 260–300 pounds may need an evaluation at check-in to determine whether they can fly safely. Guests over 300 pounds cannot fly. The optional High Flight is available only to flyers weighing 260 pounds or less. Contact iFLY Austin before booking if you have questions about these requirements.
iFLY Austin has spectator areas, and spectators attending birthday parties can watch for free. Party packages have different spectator allowances, so confirm your total guest count with your coordinator. For visits outside a birthday party, contact Austin to confirm spectator arrangements.

Contact the iFLY Austin event team to arrange a larger-group package. Your coordinator can confirm availability, scheduling, and guest capacity. If you’re planning a birthday party, your dedicated birthday coordinator can help with options for more than 13 flyers.
For bookings of 1–5 flyers, contact iFLY at least 48 hours before your reservation to reschedule or request a refund. With less notice, reservations are nonrefundable and cannot be moved. Different terms apply to groups of six or more and events. Review the rescheduling and cancellation policy before booking.
